Why are my arms so veiny and why dont i have a 6-pack yet? - advanced whey protein stomach
ok good, kind of funny, sortve as my arm across my shoulder are extremely vainy. This is not like anywhere else really. I drive each muscle group (abdomen, legs, shoulders, triceps, biceps, chest, back and arms) 5 times per week (each muscle group once every 5 to 7 days recovery time). I do cardio for an hour a day every day.
I am great in the past, of course arms/6-pack, but I see that the notches in the 6pack use (12% fat) Date skylights, this is really shaking my belly so hard to come but my arms and shadows are very muscular? Is it because the saturated fatty acids of abdominal fat or what? Besides the fact that I did not even over 50% of the DV, which, like any healthy diet rich in protein, no fast food. Only P thin, Carbo ROTEIN fruit carbohydrates / a little wheat, milk, egg white and Jay Robb's whey protein isolates (nothing artificial).
It's frustrating.
6-packs are sexy and I want one really bad. Please can someone give me some advice on how to accelerate the fat burning? Thanks in advance!
