Only the Nikon systems offer an approach to support the move currently. You get the opportunity, lenses and accessories for this camera to buy, to be operational later in the film and digital facilities.

There are limitations to this. If you upgrade the body, may not be in a position to offer all of the recent past bodies with lenses and accessories.

The FE2 and OM4 cameras have similar production (early 1980). The OM2 is an old generation X-700 and a generation later.

Apart from Nikon, you can play on all Pentax K mount bodies bodies, including Asahi (Pentax), Ricoh, Cosina, Sears, etc. Some of them are re-badged Ricoh, another re-badged Cosina. Access to the range of compatible Pentax lenses, and a migration path to digital.

Canon later this generation are not compatible with Canon equipment. The goal of the series FD mount in 1986 replaced over the aims of the EF series.

Which is better? This is not my FE2, but not HAVe FM2n and a FA in my collection. Both devices are brilliant. When the FE2 is so good, it is a very good device. However, the Olympus OM series of simple figures in their time elite. I am not so familiar later with the Minolta.

If you are a OM4T you the best in photography, especially with getting a good selection of lenses Zuicko it. I have three OM1 and OM2. I like the MF 1, because their only purpose is for the battery of your device easily and therefore still be used if the battery dies. The OM2s and later needed a battery. I'm not sure whether the OM Mirror Lock-4S in them, but shoot pictures that did take some time, presentations will need the time to lock the mirror.

The OM-4 with an average counting and memory. It was considered the best manual focus 35mm SLR camera ever made had described. But I'm biased. I love my OM1, my OM-2n, OM-2S me and my OM-4T ....

Perhaps it is a matter of opinion ..... best sensor depends on what the goal, what the body

X700, I admit, but recommend that, as nearly every Nikon lens that you can get the ILO using a Nikon digital SLR camera if you go this way later
